Global Sweeteners Group is one of the largest corn sweetener producers in the PRC in terms of production volume and production capacity.

Our mission is to strengthen our leading position in the corn sweetener market in Asia as well as in the world market.

Competitive Strengths

Global Sweeteners Group is principally engaged in the production and sale of three broad categories of corn sweeteners namely corn syrup, corn syrup solid and sugar alcohol, which have wide applications in various industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and toiletries.

As one of the largest corn sweetener producers in the PRC, Global Sweeteners Group has built its leadership upon four pillars of strengths:

1. Leading market position
   
   The Global Sweeteners Group is one of the largest corn sweetener producers in the PRC in terms of production capacity and production output of corn sweeteners. With its market leadership, the Group is in an advantageous position in negotiating and securing contracts with customers, suppliers and recruiting talents. On top of this, the Group enjoys economies of scale and operational efficiency, and can therefore further enhance its overall competitiveness.
2. Diversified products are well recognised among business customers
   
   Under the three broad categories of corn syrup, corn syrup solid and sugar alcohol, Global Sweeteners Group is currently producing a variety of products: glucose syrup, maltose syrup and HFCS under corn syrup; crystallised glucose and maltodextrin under corn syrup solid; and sorbitol under sugar alcohol.
   
   All these products have wide applications in various industries, particularly in the food and beverage industry, where there are stringent requirements for product quality.
   
   High quality has made the Group's products well recognised among its business customers.
3. Cooperation with renowned industry players
   
   With its brands, product quality and operational experience in the PRC, the Group has attracted internationally renowned conglomerates Cargill Inc. and Mitsui Group to forge collaborations with it. Through cooperation with these global giants, the Group gains valuable management experience, which in turn enhances its position to foster cooperation with other international corporations to further develop its business when suitable opportunities arise.
4. Geographical advantage
   
   The production facilities of Global Sweeteners Group are located in Jilin province and Shanghai, which are a major corn producing area in the PRC and home to a number of large food and beverage producers respectively. These strategic locations enable Global Sweeteners Group to gain access to abundant supply of major production material at competitive cost and a market with great business potential.
